About the Role
As an Oncology Account Executive at AbbVie, you'll own a defined territory in the Tampa area, building and maintaining strategic partnerships with hospitals, cancer centers, and healthcare providers. - Collaborate with clinical specialists, medical science liaisons, and internal teams to address customer needs and drive product adoption
- Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and report on territory growth and market opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer records, activity logs, and compliance documentation
- Stay current on oncology treatment trends, competitive landscape, and healthcare market dynamics in your region
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, preferably in oncology or specialty care
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to build long-term business relationships
- Ability to learn complex scientific and clinical information quickly and communicate it effectively
- Self-motivated, with excellent organizational and territory management skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within your assigned territory
