About the Role
As a BMW Master Technician Mechanic at JP Euro, you'll take ownership of high-end European and exotic vehicle diagnostics and repairs. This role demands deep expertise in BMW systems—electrical, mechanical, and performance—along with the problem-solving ability to handle complex troubleshooting on luxury and specialty vehicles.
What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on BMW vehicles, specializing in engine, transmission, and electrical systems
- Execute precision maintenance and restorations on European and exotic automobiles
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and OEM technical documentation to identify and resolve performance issues
- Mentor junior technicians and contribute to shop quality standards
- Manage customer communication regarding vehicle status and repair recommendations
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation for all work performed
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a BMW Master Technician with hands-on expertise across BMW platforms
- Deep knowledge of BMW electrical, mechanical, and performance systems
- Proficiency with BMW diagnostic equipment and scan tools
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex vehicles
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Professional communication and customer service orientation
- Current driver's license and ability to test drive vehicles
