Termite Technician – Kisseemee

Massey Services is hiring a full-time Termite Technician in Kissimmee, Osceola County — join one of the largest and most respected pest control and service companies in the United States and build a career protecting Florida homes and businesses from termite damage.

About the Role

As a Termite Technician based in Kissimmee, you will be the frontline expert homeowners and commercial property managers in Osceola County rely on to detect, treat, and prevent termite infestations. You'll represent Massey Services in the field every day, delivering the standard of quality service the company has maintained for over three decades.

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough termite inspections of residential and commercial properties throughout the Kissimmee area
• Identify termite species, activity levels, and structural damage, then communicate findings clearly to customers
• Perform soil treatments, bait station installation and monitoring, and wood treatments in compliance with Florida Department of Agriculture regulations and product label requirements
• Maintain accurate service records, treatment reports, and customer documentation
• Operate and care for a company service vehicle and assigned equipment responsibly
• Provide professional, courteous service that upholds Massey Services' reputation for excellence
• Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and environmental guidelines on every job

What We're Looking For

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• A Florida Pest Control license in the Termite and Other Wood-Destroying Organisms (WDO) category — or the ability and commitment to obtain licensure after hire
• Physical capability to work outdoors in Florida's climate, including crawl spaces, attics, and varied terrain
• Strong attention to detail when inspecting structures and completing treatment documentation
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction
• Prior pest control or termite treatment experience is a plus, though motivated candidates who are new to the field are encouraged to apply
