About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and direct the girls' basketball and track programs.
- Coach, train, and supervise student athletes during practices, competitions, and related activities.
- Apply sound coaching methods, techniques, and procedures to develop athletic performance.
- Ensure full compliance with all University Interscholastic League (UIL) regulations.
- Foster a safe, supportive, and motivating environment for academic and athletic achievement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Valid Texas Teaching Certificate with the endorsements required for the assigned subject and grade level.
- General knowledge of coaching techniques, methods, and procedures.
- Working knowledge of University Interscholastic League (UIL) rules and guidelines.
- Demonstrated ability to instruct, supervise, and motivate student athletes.
