About the Role
Transdev is seeking a seasoned Bus Driver (Class B with Passenger Endorsement and Airbrakes) to support transit service in the Woodbridge and greater Lodi, California area. In this position you will carry passengers comfortably and dependably while representing Transdev with the professionalism and care riders expect every day. Please note this is a CBA position, subject to a Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport passengers safely along assigned routes throughout the San Joaquin County service area.
- Operate a Class B vehicle equipped with airbrakes in line with all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
- Deliver courteous, helpful customer service to riders boarding and exiting the bus.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to keep equipment road-ready.
- Maintain punctual schedules while prioritizing passenger comfort and security at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B commercial driver's license with a Passenger (P) endorsement and an airbrakes qualification.
- Prior experience driving a bus or comparable passenger vehicle.
- Strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and a positive rider experience.
- Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working within a unionized, CBA-governed workplace.
