Enlisted Senior Trainer

CSA Global (Client Solution Architects) is hiring a full-time Enlisted Senior Trainer to join their defense support team at Fort Indiantown Gap, Pennsylvania in Lebanon County.

About the Role

As an Enlisted Senior Trainer with CSA Global, you will provide expert instructional support to military personnel at one of the Army National Guard's most active training installations. This role demands a seasoned former enlisted professional who can deliver rigorous, standards-based training in a dynamic defense environment.

What You'll Do

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver individual and collective training to enlisted military personnel in accordance with Army doctrine and program requirements
• Develop and adapt lesson plans, training schedules, and instructional materials to meet mission-specific objectives
• Evaluate trainee performance, provide structured feedback, and document results in applicable training management systems
• Advise unit leadership and program staff on training readiness, gaps, and corrective measures
• Coordinate with installation staff and program leadership to synchronize training events and resource requirements
• Maintain compliance with all applicable Army Training and Evaluation Program (ARTEP) standards and safety protocols
• Mentor junior trainers and contribute to continuous improvement of the program's training methodology

What We're Looking For

• Prior US Army or Army National Guard enlisted service, with demonstrated experience in a senior NCO capacity (E-6 or above preferred)
• Proven background as a military instructor, trainer, or subject matter expert in an operational or institutional training environment
• Strong knowledge of Army training doctrine, task analysis, and performance-based evaluation techniques
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance as required by the program
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively across ranks and roles
• Experience working at a National Guard training site or readiness center is a plus
• Familiarity with Army training management tools and records systems
