Senior Marketing Events Specialist

RethinkFirst, a behavioral health technology company headquartered in Chelsea and Clinton, Manhattan, is hiring a full-time Senior Marketing Events Specialist to lead the planning and execution of high-impact events that advance our mission of making behavioral health support accessible at scale.

About the Role

As a Senior Marketing Events Specialist at RethinkFirst, you will own the end-to-end strategy and delivery of marketing events that connect our platforms — RethinkEd, RethinkCare, and RethinkBH — with the educators, employers, and behavioral health providers we serve. You will be the driving force behind events that generate pipeline, deepen customer relationships, and strengthen brand visibility across the behavioral health and edtech markets.

What You'll Do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute a portfolio of marketing events including trade shows, industry conferences, field marketing activations, customer roundtables, and sponsored sessions
• Own all event logistics from venue sourcing and vendor negotiations to on-site setup, A/V coordination, and post-event teardown
• Manage event budgets, track spend against allocations, and report on return on investment for each program
• Partner closely with sales, product marketing, and demand generation teams to align event programs with pipeline and revenue goals
• Develop pre-event promotional campaigns and post-event follow-up sequences that convert attendee interest into qualified leads
• Maintain an annual events calendar and ensure timely delivery of all program elements
• Evaluate event performance using key metrics and translate findings into actionable improvements for future programs

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of marketing events experience, ideally within healthcare technology, behavioral health, education technology, or enterprise SaaS
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple events simultaneously with strong organizational discipline
• Experience negotiating contracts with venues, exhibit houses, and third-party event vendors
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
• A detail-oriented, proactive approach to problem-solving under deadline pressure
• Comfort with travel to support in-person events as needed
