About the Role

As a Travel Customer Service Representative with Aisles & Abroad, you'll serve as the primary contact for clients planning their next vacation. Working entirely remotely, you'll field travel inquiries, support reservation management, and coordinate itinerary details that turn trip ideas into smooth, well-organized experiences. This role is a strong fit for someone who is naturally organized, genuinely enjoys helping others, and performs well in a structured, remote work environment.

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound client travel inquiries across phone, email, and other communication channels
• Assist customers with booking support, reservation changes, and itinerary coordination
• Provide clear and accurate information about vacation packages and travel options
• Manage multiple client interactions at once while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Track and follow through on client requests to ensure thorough resolution
• Work collaboratively with the Aisles & Abroad team to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience

• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills with a client-first approach
• Demonstrated ability to stay organized and manage competing priorities independently
• Comfort operating in a structured, self-directed remote environment
• Reliability, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm for helping people
