CDL A Company Driver, OTR, Refrigerated

MS EXPRESS is hiring an experienced CDL A Company Driver for solo, over-the-road refrigerated routes based out of Spokane, Spokane County. If you take pride in safe, on-time deliveries and want steady weekly miles, this full-time driving career could be your next home on the road.

About the Role

This is a W2, solo Company Driver position running refrigerated (reefer) freight on an OTR basis. You will operate dedicated long-haul and LTL lanes, keeping temperature-sensitive loads moving across the country while representing MS EXPRESS with professionalism at every stop. Expected home time runs roughly 7 to 21 days, depending on routing.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A refrigerated tractor-trailer on over-the-road routes
• Transport line haul and LTL freight while maintaining proper reefer temperatures
• Plan trips to meet pickup and delivery schedules with consistent on-time service
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections and keep accurate logs in line with DOT regulations
• Communicate clearly with dispatch regarding load status, delays, and routing

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license in good standing
• Comfortable running solo, OTR refrigerated lanes
• Verifiable driving experience and a clean, safety-focused record
• Ability to manage long stretches away from home, with home time of approximately 7–21 days
• Strong reliability, time management, and attention to detail

Compensation & Details

• Total weekly average pay of $1,350 – $1,800
• Average of 3,000 – 3,500 miles per week
• No driver load or unload required
• Pet policy, rider policy, and taking the truck home reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on location
