Senior Superintendent, Industrial/Manufacturing

J.E. Dunn Construction Company is seeking a Senior Superintendent, Industrial/Manufacturing in Guadalupe, Maricopa County to lead the on-site delivery of complex industrial and manufacturing construction projects from groundbreaking through final handover.

About the Role

As a full-time Senior Superintendent, Industrial/Manufacturing with J.E. Dunn Construction Company, you will own field operations for large-scale industrial and manufacturing builds, directing crews, coordinating trades, and holding the project to the highest standards of safety, quality, and schedule. This position is based in Guadalupe, Maricopa County, with opportunities connected to J.E. Dunn's broader national footprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day field operations on industrial and manufacturing construction projects, ensuring work stays on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and self-perform crews to keep trades sequenced and productive.
• Champion a zero-incident safety culture and enforce site-wide compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
• Uphold quality control throughout every phase, from foundations to final commissioning.
• Partner with project managers, owners, and design teams to resolve field issues and communicate progress clearly.
• Mentor field staff and foster a collaborative, accountable jobsite environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive superintendent-level experience leading industrial and/or manufacturing construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage field operations, schedules, and multiple subcontractors on large, complex builds.
• Strong working knowledge of construction means, methods, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in Guadalupe, Maricopa County (this is not a remote role).
