Shift Leader

Flynn Pizza Hut is hiring a full-time Shift Leader at its Chamblee, DeKalb County location — a hands-on leadership opportunity with the world's largest Pizza Hut franchisee.

About the Role

As a Shift Leader in Chamblee, you step into a frontline management position responsible for keeping restaurant operations running smoothly from open to close. You'll guide a crew of team members, uphold Pizza Hut's quality and service standards, and help create the kind of experience that brings guests back. This is a full-time, on-site role — no remote or hybrid options.

What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate team members throughout each shift, providing real-time coaching and direction
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, safe counts, and end-of-shift reporting
• Monitor food preparation, portion accuracy, and product quality to meet Pizza Hut brand standards
• Enforce food safety and sanitation practices in compliance with health regulations
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally to protect the restaurant's reputation
• Support inventory tracking, supply ordering, and waste reduction efforts
• Assist in onboarding and training new crew members
• Communicate shift updates and priorities to management at handoff

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in a restaurant, quick-service, or food service environment — leadership or supervisory experience is a strong plus
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Clear communicator who can direct a team under pressure and stay composed during high-volume periods
• Basic math competency for cash management and drawer reconciliation
• Working knowledge of food safety practices; a food handler certification is a bonus
• Team-first attitude with a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction
