About the Role
As a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal in Nashville, you will join a tight-knit, highly collaborative transactional group supporting an active flow of acquisitions, financings, developments, and dispositions. This is a full-time, on-site position built for a hands-on professional who thrives on shepherding transactions from initial intake through final closing while partnering closely with attorneys and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Support a consistent pipeline of commercial real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, financings, and development matters.
- Take ownership of deals end to end, coordinating each phase from kickoff through completion.
- Prepare, review, and organize transactional documentation in close coordination with attorneys.
- Collaborate with team members to keep matters progressing smoothly and on schedule.
- Help manage closing logistics, due diligence, and related deal records.
Qualifications
- Proven, hands-on experience working as a paralegal within commercial real estate transactions.
- Comfort managing acquisitions, financings, developments, and dispositions concurrently.
- Strong organizational skills and a self-directed approach to owning deals independently.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to communicate effectively with attorneys and peers.
- Availability to work full-time and on-site in Nashville, Howard County.
