About the Role
LHH Recruitment Solutions is building a pipeline of skilled Commercial Real Estate Paralegals ahead of anticipated direct hire openings with our clients in Rochester, Sangamon County. These employers range from established law firms to in-house corporate legal departments, all seeking professionals who can keep complex real property matters moving smoothly. This is a full-time, on-site position.
Key Responsibilities
- Support attorneys throughout commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions from start to closing.
- Coordinate the documentation and logistics tied to property purchases, sales, and financing.
- Assist with loan transactions, leasing arrangements, and related real estate agreements.
- Organize and maintain transaction files, titles, and supporting paperwork.
- Communicate with clients, counsel, and third parties to track deal milestones and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience working as a paralegal in commercial real estate.
- Familiarity with property acquisitions, sales, loans, and leasing documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail under transaction deadlines.
- Comfort collaborating within both law firm and corporate legal department settings.
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
