This Recent Graduate Over-The-Road Truck Driver position with Langer Recruiting is designed for drivers at the very start of their journey. If you've recently earned your Class A commercial driver's license and are eager to put it to work, no prior over-the-road experience is required. You'll run long-haul routes from a San Antonio base, with home time scheduled every two weeks so you can balance life on the road with time off.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle on over-the-road, long-distance routes.
- Transport and deliver freight on schedule while following all federal and state driving regulations.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and keep accurate logs and records.
- Maintain consistent communication with dispatch throughout each haul.
- Practice safe, professional driving habits in all road and weather conditions.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL — recent graduates and newly licensed drivers are welcome to apply.
- No previous over-the-road experience necessary; full training and onboarding provided.
- Willingness to commit to extended OTR routes with home time every two weeks.
- Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and on-time delivery.
- Based in or able to work from the San Antonio, Bexar County area.
Compensation
- $1,200 weekly pay, with no experience required to qualify.
- $100 sign-on bonus for candidates hired by 6/27.
