Key Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishware, glassware, utensils, and cookware to meet quality and safety standards.
• Keep kitchen, dishwashing, and storage areas clean, orderly, and fully stocked throughout each shift.
• Support culinary and service teams by ensuring equipment and supplies are ready when needed.
• Handle waste removal and recycling in line with health and sanitation guidelines.
• Contribute to a smooth, well-coordinated operation that elevates the guest experience.

Qualifications

• A genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and teamwork in a high-volume setting.
• Ability to stay productive and detail-focused during busy periods.
• Comfort performing physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting as required.
• A reliable, positive attitude and willingness to collaborate across departments.
• Eligibility to work full-time in the United States.
