About the Role

As a Porsche Master Technician, you'll lead complex diagnostic and repair operations on high-performance European sports vehicles. This is a hands-on, full-time position where your expertise directly impacts our reputation and our customers' satisfaction with their prized vehicles.

What You'll Do

• Execute complete diagnostic procedures and complex repairs on Porsche vehicles and related European exotic automobiles
• Perform engine, transmission, suspension, electrical, and brake system work to OEM specifications
• Mentor junior technicians and oversee quality standards across assigned projects
• Document all work accurately and communicate technical findings clearly to customers
• Stay current with the latest diagnostic tools, repair techniques, and Porsche service bulletins
• Troubleshoot and resolve challenging mechanical and electrical issues efficiently

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a certified or master-level Porsche technician
• Advanced knowledge of Porsche engine architecture, electronics, and performance systems
• Expertise with advanced diagnostic equipment and scan tools
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain meticulous documentation
• ASE certification or equivalent credentials strongly preferred
