About the Role
As the Woodville Elementary Music Teacher on a long-term substitute basis, you will lead the district-approved music program at Woodville Elementary School in Wakefield, MA. You will foster a positive classroom environment where every student can explore rhythm, melody, and musical fundamentals while building confidence and a lifelong appreciation for the arts.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the district-approved music curriculum to elementary-aged students.
- Design lesson plans and create instructional materials tailored to your classes.
- Provide individualized and small-group instruction, adapting lessons to meet the diverse learning needs of each pupil.
- Translate lesson plans into meaningful, hands-on learning experiences for young musicians.
