About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Experienced Caregiver position serving clients in and around Briarwood Beach, Medina County, Ohio. As part of a home care team built on a genuine "caregiver first" approach, you'll provide dependable personal care that helps clients live safely and comfortably in the place they love most — their own home.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
- Provide companionship and emotional support that brightens each client's day
- Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Monitor client well-being and communicate any changes to the care team
- Follow individualized care plans while treating every client with dignity and respect
Qualifications
- Prior hands-on caregiving or home care experience
- A warm, patient, and reliable personality with a true heart for service
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in clients' homes
- Availability for full-time hours in the Briarwood Beach and Greater Cleveland area
