About the Role

This is a senior-level, on-site Litigation Paralegal position dedicated to plaintiff-side contingency matters. You will partner closely with attorneys to move cases forward from intake through resolution, owning the day-to-day details that keep complex personal injury and product liability litigation organized and trial-ready in our Corona Del Mar office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and advance plaintiff contingency cases through every phase of litigation
  • Handle all aspects of assigned files independently, with minimal day-to-day oversight
  • Prepare cases for trial, including coordinating documents, exhibits, and supporting materials
  • Support attorneys throughout the litigation lifecycle, keeping matters on schedule and well-documented
  • Maintain accurate, well-organized case files and timelines

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a senior litigation paralegal managing plaintiff contingency matters
  • Strong litigation and trial preparation background (required)
  • Employment law or personal injury experience (preferred)
  • A self-starter who takes ownership and works proactively without close supervision
  • Ability to juggle competing deadlines across multiple active cases with precision
