Maintenance Technician

About the Role

This full-time Maintenance Technician position is key to maintaining safe, efficient operations at our Riverside, Riverside County facility. You'll work in a hands-on environment, using your mechanical expertise and technical skills to keep our equipment and systems running at peak performance. Compensation ranges from $25 to $45 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications.

What You'll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems to prevent downtime
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions
• Execute repairs and replacements to restore equipment to full operational capacity
• Maintain detailed maintenance records, logs, and documentation
• Identify safety hazards and ensure work meets all regulatory compliance standards
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and coordinate with team members
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized diagnostic equipment safely
• Work independently while collaborating effectively with supervisors and colleagues
• Perform facility maintenance and general upkeep as assigned

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience working as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar technical maintenance role
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting abilities
• Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Solid knowledge of safety protocols and equipment handling best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied facility environments
