Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day store operations and meeting performance goals.

• Support recruiting, training, scheduling, and coaching of store associates.
• Help maintain accurate inventory, restock shelves, and keep merchandise well organized.
• Operate registers, handle cash with accuracy, and follow loss-prevention practices.
• Keep the store clean, safe, and presentable for both customers and team members.
• Step into a leadership role and manage the store in the Store Manager's absence.

Qualifications

• Prior retail, customer service, or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others.
