This is a full-time, on-site Chief of Staff - Intern position based in New York City, New York. Working within the Chief of Staff function, you will partner closely with senior leadership to help coordinate priorities, streamline communication, and keep strategic initiatives moving forward. It is an ideal opportunity for a motivated student or early-career professional eager to understand how a sophisticated, globally active asset manager operates from the inside.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Chief of Staff and senior stakeholders with day-to-day coordination and follow-through on key projects.
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and summaries that inform leadership decisions.
- Help organize meetings, track action items, and ensure deadlines are met across teams.
- Conduct research and gather information to support strategic and operational priorities.
- Assist with cross-office communication spanning the firm's global presence.
