About the Role
This full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position, also open to qualified Behavior Technicians (BT), is based at our Plano center (5425 West Spring Creek Pkwy, Plano, TX 75024) and serves families across the Prestonwood and Collin County area. You will deliver one-on-one applied behavior analysis (ABA) support under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, working a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct, individualized ABA therapy to children with autism following each client's treatment plan.
- Track progress, record session data accurately, and report observations to your supervising analyst.
- Apply behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition techniques in a patient, encouraging manner.
- Partner with clinical staff and families to support consistent outcomes across settings.
- Maintain a safe, structured, and welcoming environment throughout each session.
Qualifications
- Active RBT certification preferred; motivated Behavior Technician (BT) candidates pursuing certification are encouraged to apply.
- Genuine interest in working with children and supporting individuals with autism.
- Strong communication, reliability, and attention to detail in documentation.
- Ability to commit to the full-time, on-site Monday–Friday schedule in Plano, Texas.
