Maximus is hiring a SkillBridge Digital Outreach Program & Operations Specialist in Five Points, Wake County, an on-site, full-time opportunity created exclusively for transitioning military service members participating in the DoD SkillBridge program.

About the Role

As a Digital Outreach Program & Operations Specialist at Maximus, you will shape how the organization connects with and attracts top talent. Operating from our Five Points, Wake County location, you will lead the planning and execution of talent acquisition marketing and employer branding initiatives designed to draw in skilled, high-caliber applicants. This SkillBridge placement is open only to active military members preparing to transition into civilian careers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and carry out a comprehensive talent acquisition marketing and employer branding strategy aimed at engaging high-quality candidates.
• Build, launch, and manage integrated marketing campaigns from concept through delivery.
• Develop campaign strategies and define targeted audience segments to maximize reach and impact.
• Construct and optimize outreach assets and messaging that strengthen the Maximus employer brand.
• Coordinate day-to-day program operations to keep recruitment marketing efforts on track and effective.

Qualifications

• Active military service member eligible to participate in the DoD SkillBridge program (this role is open to military members only).
• Experience or demonstrated aptitude in marketing, communications, employer branding, or talent acquisition outreach.
• Ability to plan, segment audiences, and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong organizational and operational skills to manage program logistics and timelines.
• Comfortable working on-site full-time in Five Points, Wake County.
