About the Role

As the Program Controls Finance Lead in Westford, MA, you will serve as the financial backbone of mission-critical programs at RTX Corporation. Working entirely on-site at the Technology Park Drive facility, you will partner closely with program management to translate technical execution into clear financial insight, ensuring cost, schedule, and performance stay aligned from kickoff through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own program-level financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Track cost and schedule performance, surfacing risks and opportunities to program leadership.
• Develop estimates at completion and maintain accurate reporting on program financial health.
• Collaborate with program managers, engineering, and contracts teams to support sound business decisions.
• Ensure financial controls and reporting meet RTX standards and applicable government program requirements.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory, as access to information under this program is restricted to U.S. citizens.
• Demonstrated experience in program controls, financial analysis, or earned value management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex cost and schedule data.
• Effective communication skills to present financial findings to both technical and leadership audiences.
• Willingness to work fully on-site in Westford, Massachusetts. No security clearance is required for this position.
