EY is seeking an experienced SAP Production Planning (PP) Senior Consultant specializing in discrete manufacturing to join our Consulting practice in Conestee, Greenville County, South Carolina. In this full-time role, you'll help leading organizations unlock the full value of their SAP investment and reimagine how technology powers their manufacturing operations.

About the Role

As an SAP PP Senior Consultant, you will partner with clients to design, configure, and deploy SAP Production Planning solutions tailored to discrete manufacturing environments. You'll translate complex operational challenges into practical, technology-driven outcomes, giving each client a distinct competitive perspective on how SAP can streamline planning, scheduling, and shop-floor execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP PP modules for discrete manufacturing clients.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, then map them to SAP functionality and best practices.
• Configure production planning processes, including BOMs, routings, work centers, and capacity planning.
• Collaborate across cross-functional EY teams to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions.
• Guide clients through testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the practice.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring and implementing SAP Production Planning (PP) in discrete manufacturing settings.
• Strong understanding of core manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and deliver client-facing SAP solutions.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel as project needs require.
