Key Responsibilities

• Direct full-cycle talent acquisition strategy across teams and functions in Pennsylvania, US.
• Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and deliver qualified candidates efficiently.
• Coach and develop recruiters, setting standards for candidate care and hiring quality.
• Solve sourcing and pipeline challenges with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Champion a positive, people-first candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

• Proven experience leading recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally at a senior or managerial level.
