About the Role

As a Private Duty Nurse (LPN/RN) with BAYADA Home Health Care, you will provide dedicated, individualized care to a single client in the comfort of their home. This full-time, on-site position in Elizabethtown, Bartholomew County offers flexible scheduling built around your availability, with opportunities also available across the surrounding Lancaster-area communities including Middletown, Hershey, Hummelstown, Mt. Joy, Lebanon, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide focused, one-on-one private duty nursing care to an assigned client at home
• Carry out skilled nursing tasks consistent with your LPN or RN licensure and the client's plan of care
• Monitor and document the client's condition, reporting changes to the care team as needed
• Support the client's comfort, safety, and daily health needs throughout each shift
• Build a trusting, continuous relationship with the client and their family

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Commitment to delivering attentive, high-quality home-based care
• Reliability, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a client's home
• Availability for full-time scheduling in the Elizabethtown, Bartholomew County area
