About the Role

What You'll Do
- Set up and operate CNC machines, inputting programs and monitoring production cycles for accuracy and consistency
- Operate manual machinery following established procedures and industry best practices
- Read and interpret technical drawings to understand design requirements and tolerances
- Perform measurements and inspections using calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools to verify dimensions
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform routine maintenance tasks
- Follow all safety practices and maintain a clean, organized work station
- Communicate with supervisory staff regarding production status and any quality concerns
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints
- Competency with precision measuring instruments and tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work guidelines consistently
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
