About the Role
This hands-on Technician, Facility Services, Power Washing Exterior Services position is based on-site in Capitol, Richmond and centers on the exterior upkeep of Walmart facilities. You'll operate and care for pressure washing equipment to clean a variety of outdoor surfaces, ensuring each store presents a clean and professional first impression that supports the exceptional customer service Walmart is known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate pressure washing equipment to clean exterior surfaces across Walmart retail locations.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic upkeep on power washing tools and machinery to keep them running safely and reliably.
- Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall presentation of facility exteriors.
- Follow established safety practices and procedures while completing physically active, hands-on work.

Qualifications
