About the Role

As a Manager or Senior Manager, Change Innovation and Readiness, you will guide clients through significant organizational shifts, ensuring their teams are prepared, engaged, and equipped to adopt new ways of working. Based in Houston, you will partner with leaders across oil and gas, utilities, manufacturing, private equity, and technology to turn ambitious change agendas into measurable, lasting results.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead change management and readiness strategies that support large-scale organizational transformation.
• Assess stakeholder impact, build adoption plans, and develop communications that bring people along the change journey.
• Facilitate workshops, training, and coaching that strengthen client capability and reduce resistance.
• Collaborate directly with client leadership to align change efforts with broader business goals.
• Track readiness, surface risks early, and adjust approaches to keep transformation on course.
• Contribute to practice growth by sharing insights, refining methods, and mentoring colleagues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading change management, organizational readiness, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong consulting skills, including stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to operate across diverse industries such as energy, utilities, manufacturing, private equity, and technology.
• Comfort working on-site in Houston and traveling to client locations as needed.
• A collaborative mindset and the judgment to balance strategic thinking with practical execution.
