The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workshop Manager to join our team at Acland in Queensland. As the Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities, ensuring equipment is well-maintained, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the operations.
- Oversee daily workshop operations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
- Maintain inventory of tools and spare parts
- Train and mentor junior staff members
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and repairs

Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a professional with the following qualifications and experience:

- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field
- Strong leadership skills to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- A proven track record of maintaining high standards of safety and quality
