The Opportunity

The Dayshift Driving Lead is a field-based leadership role responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of Rig Support and Crane Truck operations in remote infield environments. The position ensures safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of transport services aligned with client operational requirements, while providing real-time supervision, support, and problem resolution.

What You'll Do

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of Rig Support and Crane Truck operations in remote infield environments
• Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of transport services aligned with client operational requirements
• Provide real-time supervision, support, and problem resolution to field teams
• Develop and maintain safety protocols and procedures for all transportation activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and meet project deadlines
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly experienced Dayshift Driving Lead who possesses excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing field operations in remote environments and ensuring the safety and efficiency of transportation services.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in driving and supervising rig support or crane truck operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures for transportation activities
• Able to work effectively in remote infield environments
• Valid commercial driving license (CDL) required
