Position Summary

Selectry is a Berlin-based HR-tech company revolutionizing job-board recruiting with a skill-based approach. As a working student in the Sales and Operations role, you will work behind the scenes to ensure the team can focus on clients and candidates by maintaining clean systems and reliable data.

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain and structure contact, company, and deal records in our CRM, ensuring high-quality data
• Track and update deal stages across the B2B pipeline, flagging gaps and keeping records current
• Gather and prepare market and competitor research that supports commercial decisions
• Organize shared documents to ensure they are accessible and well-structured for the team

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with a passion for clean systems and reliable data
• Experience in project work or structured maintenance is preferred but not required
• Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks end-to-end
• Familiarity with CRM administration and digital information management
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
