Role Overview
This position involves supporting U.S. Fleet Forces Command (USFF) Headquarters at USFF Norfolk, Virginia, as part of the Communications and Information Systems Division. As a key member of this team, you will contribute to Navy Fleet Readiness and Homeland Security through IT support tasks such as program management, network engineering, maritime operations center/tactical systems support, video teleconferencing and audio/visual support, portal management, application development, staff IT business process support, information assurance (IA)/certification and accreditation, database administration, communications security/EKMS support, and general IT support. Responsibilities include organizing and scheduling VTC bridging appointments using various tools and methods of connectivity to make the best use of available resources.
