Position Summary

We are seeking a full-time Veterinary Receptionist to join our friendly and supportive team at Singleton & Branxton Veterinary Hospital in the Hunter Valley, NSW. As a key member of our clinic, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations.

Core Duties

• Greets clients and patients warmly and professionally
• Schedules appointments and manages patient records
• Processes payments and handles insurance claims efficiently
• Assists with administrative tasks, including answering phones and managing emails
• Supports the team in maintaining a clean and organized environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational qualification in veterinary receptionist preferred
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential
• A genuine passion for animals and a desire to work within the veterinary field
