Role Overview

This multi-functional role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and operational support across both the Winners Circle Desk and the hotel’s front desk reception. The role ensures seamless guest interactions, loyalty programme facilitation, and overall customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Provide excellent customer service to guests at the front desk and winners circle desk.
• Handle check-in, check-out, and reservation processes efficiently.
• Facilitate loyalty programme memberships and benefits for guests.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment in the reception area.
• Assist with administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within hospitality or customer service industries.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services.
• Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
