What This Role Involves

The primary purpose of this role is to provide receptionist support for the dealership by answering telephone calls, taking messages, and greeting visitors in a professional manner. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for all departments as required. Regular attendance and timeliness are essential functions of this position.

Your Responsibilities

• Answering incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally
• Taking messages and forwarding them to the appropriate department or individual
• Greeting visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Assisting with administrative tasks as needed, including but not limited to scheduling appointments and meetings

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Basic computer skills for use of office equipment and software
• Punctuality and a commitment to regular attendance
• The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
