Your Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, callers, and other community members with a friendly smile and professional demeanor
• Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately or take messages as needed
• Manage the front desk area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
• Assist with scheduling appointments for residents and staff as required
• Handle mail and packages efficiently and accurately
• Support other administrative tasks as necessary
