What You'll Do

• Greet members and visitors upon arrival with professionalism and genuine warmth
• Answer incoming calls, route inquiries appropriately, and provide information about facility services and programs
• Process member check-ins, verify memberships, and register visitors
• Handle general office tasks including scheduling, data entry, and administrative support
• Respond to questions about memberships, facility amenities, and membership upgrades
• Maintain an organized, welcoming front desk environment
• Support member service operations with a customer-first mindset
