Concierge/Receptionist

Inspired Living at Hidden Lakes is hiring a full-time Concierge/Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our vibrant senior living community in South Bradenton, Manatee County, Florida.

About the Role

As the Concierge/Receptionist at Inspired Living at Hidden Lakes, you are the heartbeat of our front desk — the first voice residents hear and the first face families see. This full-time position calls for someone who genuinely loves people and thrives in a community-centered environment where every interaction matters.

What You'll Do

• Greet residents, family members, and visitors warmly and professionally, creating an immediate sense of belonging
• Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls and taking accurate messages in a timely manner
• Maintain a organized, welcoming front-desk area and monitor building access in accordance with community safety protocols
• Assist residents with requests, questions, and scheduling of personal appointments or transportation
• Coordinate with care, dining, and activities teams to relay information and facilitate smooth day-to-day operations
• Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
• Complete administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and updating resident directories
• Respond calmly and effectively to emergencies, following established procedures and notifying appropriate staff

What We're Looking For

• Warm, professional demeanor with a genuine passion for serving older adults and their families
• Prior experience in a receptionist, front-desk, concierge, or customer-service role preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with standard office software and comfort learning community management systems
• Ability to multitask effectively in a busy, people-focused setting while remaining composed and courteous
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining confidentiality of resident information
