About the Role

As a Sales Lead at Vans Cherry Creek, you'll bridge the gap between store management and the frontline sales team. You'll keep the floor running smoothly during your shifts, drive sales performance, and bring the Vans brand to life for every customer who walks through the door. This is a part-time position based on-site in Denver.

What You'll Do

• Open and close the store, serving as the manager on duty during assigned shifts
• Guide and motivate sales associates to hit individual and team sales goals
• Deliver an exceptional, on-brand customer experience that reflects Vans' culture of creativity and self-expression
• Support merchandise presentation, replenishment, and visual standards on the sales floor
• Process transactions accurately and assist with cash-handling procedures
• Help onboard and coach new team members on product knowledge and service standards
• Communicate clearly with store leadership on shift performance, inventory needs, and customer feedback
• Uphold all loss prevention policies and operational procedures

What We're Looking For

• Prior retail sales experience, with some exposure to a shift-lead, keyholder, or supervisory capacity preferred
• Genuine connection to the Vans brand, skateboarding, action sports, or street culture
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to energize a team
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment on nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Reliable, accountable, and able to take ownership of shift responsibilities without direct supervision
• Basic math skills and experience handling point-of-sale systems
