About the Role

As a Valet Attendant with Parking Management in Wichita, you are the first and last impression guests experience. Working alongside a Guest Service Coordinator, you'll deliver seamless, professional parking service that reflects the elevated standards of the hospitality venues we partner with. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with earning potential that combines base pay and tips.

Valets on our team average between $13.00 and $20.00 per hour in total compensation (base plus tips; rates vary by market and tip amounts reflect service performance).

What You'll Do

  • Greet arriving and departing guests with a professional, courteous demeanor at hotel, resort, and event venues
  • Safely operate guest vehicles — both automatic and manual transmissions — to and from designated parking areas
  • Issue, track, and reconcile claim tickets accurately to ensure every vehicle is returned to the right guest
  • Assist guests with luggage and other needs as part of a full-service hospitality experience
  • Maintain an orderly, efficient valet staging area and communicate clearly with team members during high-volume periods
  • Inspect vehicles upon receipt and note any pre-existing damage before taking possession of keys
  • Uphold property-specific procedures and safety standards at every location served

What We're Looking For

  • Valid US driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record
  • Confidence driving a wide variety of vehicle makes and models, including manual transmissions
  • Strong customer service instincts — you enjoy interacting with people and making them feel welcomed
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods across a full shift
  • Professional appearance and a reliable, punctual work ethic
  • Availability for varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays common in hospitality environments
  • Prior valet, parking, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required — we train the right candidates
