About the Role

As an Aircon Servicing Technician / Rider with PRISM+, you'll be at the heart of our service delivery operation in Singapore. You'll travel to customer sites on your assigned vehicle, diagnose air conditioning faults, perform repairs and maintenance, and ensure every installation meets our quality standards. This role offers independence and variety—no two days are identical—combined with structured support from our technical team. You'll work across residential and commercial properties throughout Singapore, building long-term relationships with customers who trust your expertise.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair air conditioning units at customer premises across Singapore
• Diagnose system faults using diagnostic equipment and technical knowledge
• Perform preventive maintenance to extend equipment lifespan and optimise performance
• Manage your service vehicle and ensure it's properly maintained and stocked with tools and parts
• Complete accurate job reports and maintain detailed service records
• Communicate professionally with customers, explain technical issues clearly, and provide maintenance recommendations
• Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations in all work activities

Who We're Looking For

• A valid driving licence and reliable access to transportation
• Technical qualification in air conditioning, refrigeration, or mechanical engineering (or equivalent practical experience)
• Proven experience as an HVAC technician or air conditioning specialist
• Sound diagnostic and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Physical capability to work in various environments and handle equipment safely
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to communicate technical information accessibly
• Willingness to work flexibly, including occasional emergency call-outs
