About the Role
As a Lot Attendant with Parking Management in San Francisco, you'll work directly under the Commercial Parking Manager to maintain smooth operations across our commercial parking facility. This is a non-exempt, part-time position offering $22.50 per hour (rates may vary by market). Your presence and professionalism are essential to guest satisfaction and lot safety.
What You'll Do
- Direct traffic and guide vehicles safely into parking spaces throughout the facility
- Assist guests with parking questions, directions, and general customer service inquiries
- Monitor the lot for cleanliness, safety hazards, and proper vehicle placement
- Maintain accurate records and conduct visual inspections of the parking facility
- Report maintenance issues, security concerns, and traffic incidents to management
- Enforce parking policies and communicate parking regulations to guests courteously
- Coordinate with team members to ensure consistent, professional service
What We're Looking For
