About the Role

As a 3rd Shift Furnace/Palletizer Operator at Noveon Magnetics in San Marcos, Texas, you will report to the Block Production Supervisor and play a hands-on part in our magnet production process. This position centers on running furnace and palletizing equipment in a safe, efficient, and consistent manner to keep our manufacturing line moving smoothly through the overnight shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate furnace and palletizer equipment safely and efficiently throughout the third shift.
• Monitor production processes to support consistent output of quality magnets.
• Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Coordinate with the Block Production Supervisor and shift team to meet production goals.
• Help build a strong operational foundation as the company continues to grow.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn equipment operation and develop hands-on manufacturing skills.
• Availability to reliably work the 3rd (overnight) shift in San Marcos, Texas.
