About the Role

As Maintenance Supervisor, you will direct day-to-day maintenance operations at a Warrenton facility, guiding a team of trades technicians while ensuring equipment, systems, and grounds stay in top condition. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, assignments, and performance of maintenance and facilities trades staff
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for equipment, building systems, and facilities
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and general repair issues, or escalate as needed
• Enforce workplace safety standards and compliance across all maintenance activities
• Track work orders, parts, and supplies to keep projects on time and within scope
• Train, mentor, and support technicians to build a dependable, skilled team

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance, building trades, or a related technical field
• Prior supervisory or team-lead experience preferred
• Working knowledge of maintenance practices across mechanical, electrical, and general repair
• Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and quality workmanship
• Ability to organize priorities, communicate clearly, and solve problems on the floor
• Willingness to work onsite in Warrenton, Fauquier County
