Key Responsibilities
- Sell pre-owned semi trucks to fleets, owner-operators, and commercial buyers across the Spokane region.
- Prospect, qualify, and follow up with new and returning customers to build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Assess customer transport needs and recommend the right used truck inventory and financing options.
- Manage each deal from initial inquiry through negotiation, paperwork, and delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, quotes, and closed sales.
- Represent Bruckner's Truck & Equipment with professionalism and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, ideally within trucks, heavy equipment, automotive, or a related commercial industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working on a commission-driven structure.
- Ability to understand customer transport requirements and match them to available inventory.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to work on-site in the Millwood, Spokane County area.
