About the Role

As an Upholstery Assembler at our Clinton manufacturing facility, you'll be responsible for applying vinyl covers, carpeting, and other upholstery materials to production and warranty components. This hands-on role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to consistent quality output. You'll work within a production team environment where your contributions directly impact the finished product's durability and appearance.

What You'll Do

• Apply vinyl covers and carpet materials to boat components and other manufactured products using proper techniques
• Use stretching, pulling, and shaping methods to secure upholstery materials neatly and securely
• Inspect completed assemblies to verify quality standards and identify any defects or areas requiring correction
• Perform manual assembly operations according to established specifications and production procedures
• Maintain organized work stations and follow safe handling practices for materials and equipment
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining high-quality standards
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve challenges and improve workflow efficiency
