About the Role
As an Owner Operator with Bennett Motor Express, you'll manage your own operation while leveraging our partnership model designed to support your business. Operating in our Open Deck Division, you'll earn 74.7% of linehaul revenue while maintaining control over your business decisions and route management. This full-time, over-the-road position is ideal for independent entrepreneurs ready to build sustainable income.
What You'll Do
- Operate your truck independently in the Open Deck Division, hauling freight across the United States
- Manage dispatch, routing, and logistics to optimize your business performance
- Maintain FMCSA compliance and uphold company safety standards
- Develop working relationships with dispatchers and customers
- Oversee regular vehicle maintenance and equipment management
What We're Looking For
- Active CDL-A commercial driver license
- Minimum 1 year of trucking experience
- Clean driving record and demonstrated safety commitment
- Self-motivated, independent work style
